Telemarketing Manager Our client is a joint venture general insurance company with its headquarter located at Jakarta's central business district area. Due to their plan to increase its share in the Indonesian market, they are looking to hire an experienced professional in the telemarketing department as their new Telemarketing Manager.   Successful candidate should possess a Bachelor Degree in any major from a reputable university, with a minimum of 3 (three) years managerial experience in telemarketing department in the general insurance industry and also has an exceptional ability to successfully direct inbound and outbound service and sales functions, as well.   With its leadership and problem solving skill, successful candidate should be able to build a highly efficient telemarketing department from scratch. Proven track record of high performance with progressive call center management experience within a fast-paced customer service environment is an absolute requirement.   In addition to excellent interpersonal, organizational, and computer skill, successful candidate must also speak fluent English.   Very competitive compensation & benefit package along with a challenging progressive career opportunity will be provided to the successful candidate.
