1. Senior / Project Engineer, SSB
Location: Indonesia

You will be responsible for technical implementation; ensure technical deliverables matches project requirements. Other key responsibilities will be save engineering cost for SSB team through application & technical expertise.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Deliver & execute the assigned projects on time with good quality/ cost effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
• Keep improving self-engineering capabilities and exchange best practice with other team members to improve team's capabilities.
• Lead and supervise technical implementation in whole life-cycle of project delivery.
• Work with Project Manager (PM) to manage technical risk in project execution.
• Work with PM to clarify technical issues and problem solving.
• Work with PM for scheduling, scope management, including WBS development.
• Lead and develop a team of project engineers throughout project lifecycle.
• Cost reduction through process & manufacturing improvement, and through development of reusable engineering or engineering standard.
• Work closely with PM to achieve customer acceptance. Demonstrate application & technical expertise to achieve repeat order in account and retain customer satisfaction.
• Work towards achieving a PM status with satisfactory goals and leadership experience.
• Provide proposal support to SSB business development team.

Requirements:

• Bachelors in Automation or similar.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferred automation engineering experience.
• PMP Certification is preferred.

2. Solution Architect, CSM
Location: Indonesia


The Solutions Architect, Strategic Maintenance (SASM) is the subject matter expert for all CSM offerings. The SASM is most knowledgeableabout the complex offerings from CSM: RASA, RAAMP, Enterprise Tech Connect, PMA, etc. Responsible
for initiating and leading programs to drive business growth for services within the
assigned geographic area. Major activities include serving as the lead for sales planning, product launches, local competency, and market analysis for services
contractual business. SASM should demonstrate personal technical and commercial competencies and be viewed as a leader in the assigned market.

Requirements

• High level of expertise in solution
selling and knowledge of CSM offerings including RASA, RAAMP, Enterprise Tech Connect, PMA.
• Basic level of expertise in all other RA product offerings.
• Intermediate level of expertise in Industry Knowledge, Application Knowledge, Market
Research & Analysis (Market & Economic Trends, Customer Buying Behavior, Competitor Research), OEM Business Drivers (Understanding of needs of OEM customers), Process Business Drivers (Understanding of needs of Process Solutions customers), Training Skills, Sales Fundamentals (Listening, Analytical, Problem Solving, Lead Qualifying, Negotiating, Persevering, Closing), Value Based Selling

3.   Solutions Architect, Integrated Architecture
Location : Indonesia


You will be responsible for providing ongoing support to Rockwell Automation Sales & Partners in closing orders.
Identifies customer commercial & technical challenges and engages appropriate
resources to bring issues to resolution.

Duties & Responsibilities
Implement sales strategies and plans within the assigned geography for the assigned products and services to meet or exceed annual sales goals.
Review the forecast and front log, define the growth / recovery activities with defined geographies, and document key wins / losses.
Provide ongoing pre-sales support to Account
Managers in closing orders.
Responsible for establishing and maintaining engineering relationship at key accounts.
Responsible for identifying customer commercial & technical challenges and engages appropriate resources to bring issues to resolution.
Coordinate proof of concept and prepare and present sales proposals to customers.
Provide business and product updates to sales team and distributors' product specialists, solution partners, and strategic alliance partners.
Support commercial events by delivering customer presentations / seminars.
Coordinate cross-sales activities.

Requirements

Bachelors in Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience,

4.   Market Access Manager
Location : Indonesia


The Country Market Access Manager is responsible for increasing sales and market share growth through distribution and Systems Integrators.   The Market Access Manager should understand distribution-level issues and work closely with regional and country sales management to ensure distributor development and performance and that they understand and comply with RA distribution policies, processes and guidelines.

This position requires the Manager to ensure implementation of the agreed distributor(s) plan within the country. The position is also responsible for implementation of the RcSI/SP program in the respective country.

The position is responsible for ensuring the effective administration of distributor activities and resolution of operational issues.  These include: providing local support for keeping distributor agreements up to date; ensuring policy compliance; acting as
the single point of contact for grey market activities; managing channel
conflicts.  Engaging and collaborating with the legal department is an essential
element of this role.

Requirements
Bachelors in Engineering.
Minimum 3-5 years Automation Sales/Product
Business Management experience

5.   Customer Care - Order Management
Location : Indonesia


Duties & Responsibilities
Process daily order processing and customer issues resolution related to orders while maintaining high service levels with the customers and sales channels.  
Reply to customer if schedule dates are required immediately
Process expedite requests.
Process Addition/Deletion/cancellations of orders in the sales order entry systems and communicate changes to allstakeholders.
Process & Log the amended orders received from customers / sales / BU.
Monitors order backlog and participates in resolving problems relating to order entry. Provides information on the status of order and material availability.
Coordinate the shipping documents /of theorder when needed.
Create and evaluate reports to ensure orders are booked correctly.
General customer service questions are answered via daily correspondence, phone calls, emails etc.
Work with peers and supervisor to identify and implement process improvements.

Ensure thorough familiarity with company policies and procedures. Appropriately apply policies and procedures in compliance with government laws. Policies and procedures
Perform other duties to be assigned by immediate supervisor

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Administrative, Business qualifications or equivalent
Minimum 2 year experience in order management function.
2-5 year's customer service/commercial experience required.
Experience & accuracy with data entry is a must.
Able to work independently and work under pressure.
SAP experience.
