1. Pastry cook salary at USD 1065
Joining on November 2009 (6 vacancies);
1. 2nd cook (4 no's) salary at USD 993
2. Pastry cook (2 no's) salary at USD 1065
Joining on February 2010 (1 vacancy)
1. 2nd cook salary at USD 993
Joining on March 2010 (36 vacancies)
1. 2nd cook (8 no's) salary at USD 993
2. 3rd cook (10 no's) salary at USD 939
3. Utility galley (18 no's) salary at USD 660

We are looking for candidates that has the followings quality:
General requirements:
· Speak English well
· Age below 38 years old
· Outgoing person
· Good personality with positive attitude
· HACCP compliance knowledge though is not a must but USPH
knowledge is an advantage
· 4 years proven continuous experience at the same post
(Baker and pastry cook)
· 3 years proven continuous experience at the same post (2nd
cook and 3rd cook)
· 4-5* Hotel experience in Bahrain; UAE; & Qatar (2ndcook;
3rd cook; pastry cook; and baker)
· 5* international chain hotel experience for Galley utility
and Officer mess steward with GCC base experience is preferred.
· JAM Worldwide candidates with GCC base experience (Top
Priority and preferred candidates)
· Non JAM Worldwide listed candidates must attend personal
interview in our office in Jakarta
Due to time frame that we have candidates looking to join for October
and November 2009 must have the following documents ready:
ü Basic Safety Training certificate
ü Crowd management & Crisis management and Human behavior
certificates
ü Advance fire fighting
ü Passport with 1 year validity
ü Valid Seamans book
ü Medical fitness for service at sea certificate
