Corporate Recruiter - Retail / Fashion

This role is ideel for a self-motivated team player that enjoys the challenge of setting their own goals. ideeli is a fun, creative and truly entrepreneurial work environment with unlimited growth potential for an ambitious professional. The majority of our forecasted hiring needs are Merchandising, Editorial and Studio related. A successful candidate will have comprehensive experience in retail and/or fashion.

Reporting to the Vice President of Talent, and working alongside a well developed Talent team, the Recruiting Associate will manage the full cycle recruitment process for headquarters roles, ranging from interns to buyers to graphic designers.

This will include:

* Partnering with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies and arrive at hiring decisions
* Creating and executing long term and strategic sourcing/selection strategies
* Developing job descriptions; posting positions; reviewing resumes; conducting phone screens and in-office interviews
* Collecting feedback, updating applicant data in Taleo and facilitating any necessary next steps, including scheduling interviews
* Extending and negotiating offers of employment
* Train staff on effective use of behavioral interviewing techniques
* Develop and maintain effective metrics and reports to evaluate recruitment efforts

Qualifications

* Five (5) plus years of experience as an inside recruiter within a high volume retail or fashion environment is a must
* Experience in an off price organization is a plus
* Strong interpersonal skills and local market knowledge
* Proactive and resourceful with excellent multi tasking skills
* Comfort in fast paced, entrepreneurial environments
* Spirited team player and enjoys challenges
