Role: System Engineer

Required Skills:
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or any equivalent
- Strong Knowledge in Windows operating systems and PC troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge in networking and wireless technologies
- Basic QA and hardware/driver testing knowledge
- Strong analytical and logical skills, ability to analyze and solve problems quickly
- Ability to work independently and deliver results within short notice
- Customer oriented mindset with positive working attitude

Brief Job Overview:
· Responsible for deliverables from the SW QA test team
· Communicate and coordinate with Team lead/Product lead on day to day testing activities
· Posses the capability to understand QA test cases and update them based on user scenarios if necessary
· Work with client/onsite coordinators as needed to resolve questions or problems
