AEL Mining Services is a leading developer, producer and supplier of
commercial explosives, initiating systems and blasting services for
mining, quarrying and construction markets in Africa and Indonesia.

We urgently require qualified, professional and highly motivated
candidates to join our winning team forfollowing positions:

1. Site Manager (CODE: MGR– SM)
2. Field Trainer (CODE: FLD – TR)
3. Technical Services Engineer (CODE: TS-ENG)
4. Blast/ Field Supervisor (CODE: FLD-SPV)
5. Plant Supervisor (CODE: PLT-SPV)
6. SHEQT Supervisor (CODE: SHE-SPV)
7. Shotfire (CODE: FLD-SF)
8. Emulsion Plant Operator (CODE: PLT-OPR)
9. MMU Driver (CODE: MMU-OPR)
10. Mechanic/Electrician (CODE: MTC-MEC)

Requirements:

• Male only (no. 10), Male/Female for others
• Age max 30 years old (no. 6), max. 35 years old for others
• Min. University graduate majoring in engineering, preferably mining
engineering (no. 1, 2, 3 4, and 5)
• Min. University graduate majoring in engineering or public health (no. 6)
• Min. D3 graduate from mechanical engineering background with 5 years
experience in light truck, such as Mercedes Benz, Volvo,MAN, or Iveco
truck or STM graduate with 8 years experience in Maintenance area
• Holds Second Class Blaster certificates (no. 1,2, 3, 4 and 7)
• Preferably have experience in blasting activity or similar field for
minimum 10 years (No. 1), 5 years (no. 2)and 3 years (no. 3-6)
• Must hold a valid KIM (no. 7)
• 1-2 years experience in blasting industry. Fresh graduate with good
academic record are welcome to apply (no. 6)
• Holds POP certificate, POM certificate is preferable (no. 1)
• Holds POP certificate is preferable (no. 2, 3, 4 and 6)
• Boiler operation certificate, SIM B2 and SIO Forklift are required (no. 8)
• Having Driving License SIM A is a must for all position
• Excellent computer skills and good communication skills both in
verbal and written is essential (no. 1– 6)

Requirements:

• Age max 35 years old
• Min. D3 graduate, preferably from secretarial or administration back
ground with 3 years experience in similar industry (no. 1)
• Min. University graduate from electrical engineering with 5 years
experience in electrical field (no. 2)
• Min. D3 graduate from mechanical engineering background with 10
years experiencein light truck, such as Mercedes Benz, Volvo, MAN, or
Iveco truck or STM graduate with 8 years experience in Maintenance
area (no. 3)
• Having Driving License SIM A is a must (no. 2 and 3)
• Excellent computer skills and good communication skills both in
verbal and written is essential (no. 1–3)

Area Manager (CODE: MGR - AM) to be based in our Balikpapan Office.

The Job:

The incumbent will be responsible mainly for Safety Health and
Environment, Quality, Operation, Cost Control, Market Support and
Human Resources of the area he is responsible to.

The Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree in Technical Field/Engineering. Mining engineer is
an advantage.
2. Good communication skills, in English and Bahasa Indonesia, as the
incumbent is required to communicate to management level.
3. Basic mechanical aptitude.
4. Technical blasting knowledge.
5. Basic Chemical understanding.
6. Computer literacy.
7. Hold blaster competency & able to obtain KIM.
8. Hold POM certification. POU preferred.
9. Learning, serving & leading personal that can be a lead by example
in the organisation.
10. Financial orientation.
11. Task & personal oriented.
12. At least 10 years of similar industry experience.
13. Driving license A.
