Job Description As Director of Operations :
 


Participate in the development and oversee the implementation of the hotel & spa operating budget.
Analyze financial data and operations to assist in maintaining financial objectives.
Develop comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for hotel & spa operations and ensure adherence of all SOP's in the departments.
Establish and continually audit all internal financial controls including purchasing, cash handling, disbursements, inventories, hotel assets, master keys, etc.
Seek and implement process efficiencies as well as internal controls throughout the company.
Develop and utilize management financial reports for the benefits of hotel & spa operations.
Allocate funds, authorize expenditures and assist Department Heads in budget planning.
Develop and implement business plan and strategies to capture the niche market in conjunction with the concept of Resort.
Oversee all aspects of the hotel, food & beverages and spa operations including: guest relations, front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, finances, food & beverages, kitchen.
Direct all operations of the property and ensure establishment and execution of all department goals.
Resolve any complaints and/or problems from guests.
Perform multi-task functions in order to be a problem solver.
Anticipate, identify, and ensure customer needs are being met.
Provide guidance and leadership, ensuring consistent compliance of standard operating procedures and quality customer service.
Implements ongoing skills training to ensure service standards are being upheld.
Maintain high visibility with all guests and associates.
*Take individual responsibility for fostering relationships with all guests with special attention to VIP's and repeat guests.

 
 
Job Description As Hotel Maintenance:
 


Maintain the overall operation of the maintenance department and the appearance and working order of the property.
Create preventive maintenance program and implement it in systematic approach.
Employ preventive maintenance schedules to ensure that guestrooms, public areas, mechanical, electrical, kitchen and laundry equipment are in good working order.
Plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with the maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems.
Develop and implement quality control programs.
Manage, monitor and ensure working order of utility systems.
Review contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with vendors, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
Maintain proper equipment and supply inventory and follow hotel operations procedures and communicate with the GM to ensure that orders are placed for any required equipment or supplies.
Ensure that standards and procedures are in place and regularly update to govern all engineering activities on site, including all aspects of asset registration, safe working practices and management of contractors.
Implement a clearly established opening and closing procedure with a documented checklist.
Perform routine maintenance throughout the property, including painting, laundry equipment, generator set, spa equipment, etc.
Perform maintenance and repair work on the interior and exterior of the buildings, hotel rooms and contents, laundry and kitchen/refrigeration equipment, lighting, heating/air conditioning, ventilation, water treatment systems, and spa equipment.
Respond to maintenance emergencies on an "on-call" basis.

 
 
 
Job Description As Executive Chef :
 


Plan menus considering probable number of guests, health and wellness conditions, popularity of various dishes and beverages.
Knowledge in preparing Continental, Italian, and Chinese cuisines, among other cuisine specialties.
Assign prices and costs to items on daily menus cooperating closely with GM or Accounts Department who helps plan and assign prices to articles on menus.
Oversee cooking - check methods of food preparation and cooking, sizes of portions, and garnishing of foods by tasting.
Oversee and understand the importance of the food presentation.
Manage Food & Beverage services in terms of restaurant and bar quality standards, staff continuous improvement, training, restaurant operations Train, and develops Chefs, Cooks, as well as restaurant & bar personnel such as waiters and bartenders.
Provide leadership in culinary production, operations and procurement.
Develop culinary team members through appropriate coaching, training and mentoring.
Identify and implement continuous quality improvement procedures and maintains appropriate sanitation and safety levels in all department areas.
Utilize culinary background and superb restaurant services to create and maintain an appealing and customer satisfying experience.

·         Assist with the overall management of all food and beverage outlets and maintain the highest levels of service and quality for F & B.
·         Assure that all standard operating procedures for F & B revenue and cost control are in place and consistently utilized.

Possess absolute eyes for detail and creativity and passionate about food quality.
Knowledgeable of market prices as they relate to food costs.
