PASSENGER SERVICE ASSISTANT
Airline passenger service assistants manages passenger's comfort and safety by managing all aspects of passenger's errand, including assisting with luggage, check in, and flight information
Greet passengers and checking their tickets and passports against the passenger list
Asked security questions and allocated seats as well as distributed boarding cards and luggage labels
Escorted people with special needs and children or older people travelling alone to and from their plane.
Managed luggage pricing and prepared paperwork for customs
Informed flight information and directed passengers to departure gates
Assisted delayed or missed connection passengers as well as made announcement for delay and boarding at the gate
A minimum age of 18 years old due to shift work regulations.
Previous customer facing experience as well as second language is an asset
Proficiency in English and Mathematic is an advantage.
Pleasant, helpful , smart, well groomed, stay calm under pressure as well as tactful when facing difficult customer.
Willing to be based in Singapore
On the job training as well as short training on manner and courtesy will be provided.
