| | | Urgently Required for our EPC Client in Oman | | | | Position | Senior Proposal Engineer | | Location | Oman | | Start Time | Immediately | | | | | Company Profile | | | A leading EPC Contracting Company specialized in design, engineering, project construction fabrication, painting, testing and maintenance activities in the Oil, Gas and Power sectors. | | | | Job Description / Responsibilities: | - Review Tender Package of assigned bids, Prepare and submit Techno- Commercial proposals for Vessels, Skids, Misc Works of Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power Generation, Heavy Industries, attending client clarification, Contract Negotiations in Pre & Post award of the project/ Bids.
- Coordination with the various disciplines, Preparation of Pricing summary & detailed spreadsheets for Management review as well as client's schedule of pricing, compiling the Techno-Commercial proposal as per client's requirement.
- Prepare complete proposal and review with Lead Proposals Engineer/Proposals Manager, ensure Submission of the proposals in a timely manner as per client requirements, techno-commercial clarification Receipts & submittals, Attending client meetings as required, Contractual clarifications in the pre & post order stage.
- Receipt of LOI/ PO/ Contract, Review of same, Making Acknowledgement, preparation of final spreadsheet, handing of complete copy of files to Project Department for the execution of the project, Clarifying project department queries during project execution.
| | | | Desired Profile of the Candidate | - Minimum 8 years experience in proposals/ estimation Preferably in Industries and Work shop.
- Diploma /Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Design background with process equipment design like pressure vessels, heat exchangers, columns and also tank design as per internal codes like ASME,TEMA,PD 5500 and API 650 is an added advantage.
