Job Title : Web design Instructor

Job Requirements:

To qualify for the web design Instructor, you must have:
· At least one of the following Adobe certifications in one of : Adobe Flash , Adobe Dreamweaver , Adobe Photoshop.
· Our course include Adobe Photoshop CS4 , Adobe Flash CS4 , Adobe Dreamweaver CS4, SWiSHmax, XHTML, CSS , Java Script.
· College degree or comparable real world experience
· A minimum of 2- 4+ years instructing in a classroom or training center environment preferred
· Experience delivering training to corporate developers and IT professionals
· High level understanding of Adobe products and technologies
· Excellent communication, presentation and people skills
· Exceptional classroom management skills; must be able to present in a clear and engaging way to both the novice and advanced students
· Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
· Strong customer-service orientation
· Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment
· Teaches material from approved curriculum and develops daily lesson plans to include instructional aids.
· Motivates students to actively participate in all aspects of the educational process.
· Able to obtain and maintain licenses if applicable as required by state or accrediting commissions.

Qualifications :Relevant university degree.2 years of relevant experience. Self initiated hard worker and a high level of communication skills.
