Job Description :
- Posses good telephone etiquette and listening skills
- Attend to customer's queries,providing technical assistance and resolving
billing queries as per training provided
- Possess initiate and able to work independently
- Open to new proven of learning, willing to explore and learn together in a
team
- 1 year renewable contract with full benefits (EPF,Socso & Medical Insurance
Coverage)
- Entitle for Language allowance (for Mandarin speaker),Phone
allowance,Performance allowance and Service allowance
Requirements :
- Min SPM (credit in English,pass in Maths & BM) with at least 1 year of
relevant working experience related to Customer Service
- Diploma and Degree, no experience required
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Mandarin speakers are highly desirable
- Computer savvy
- Typing speed of 20 words per minute with 80% accurancy
- Willing to work in Bandar Sunway
- Can work rotating shift (9 hours per shift) ; 5days per week (2 offdays on
rotating basis within weekday)
