1) Service Desktop Manager

Job Description

·         Ensures that all phases of desktop support, including installations, upgrades, software, hardware, operating systems, and operating system configuration issues, are properly coordinated, monitored, tracked, and resolved.

·         Oversees maintenance of desktop management toolset and security for desktop systems.

·         Select and implement industry standard tools to leverage productivity and quality in delivery of services.

·         Understand client requirements and develop solution designs and implementation plan based on requirements.

 

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree with minimum 7 yrs experience in Infrastructure division with min 5 years experience leading and supporting Deskside Services teams.
  • Project Management Experience.
  • ITIL/ ISO2000 training/certification.
  • Understanding of Deskside services processes and inter-relationships with other levels of user and application support.
  • Handled 3000 tickets in a month.
  • Bachelor's/ Master Degree
  • Excellent communication skills and should have a capability to coach the deskside team.
  • Singaporean or Mandarin speaking candidate as the nature of the job requires.

 

 

2) Service Delivery Manager – Managed Services

Job Description

  • Manages operational management team and service delivery staff to ensure service levels and objectives are met. Implements operations improvements to meet established objectives across multiple facilities.
  • Assists in managing activities related to customer requirements, Facilitates customer relationship and satisfaction while ensuring adherence to company policies and processes. Investigates matters of significance, recommends and implements appropriate course of action.
  • Coordinates and communicates with other managers to leverage resources and discuss solutions to matters of significance. Develops and implements processes for leveraging and using resources to meet customer needs.
  • Implements moderately complex core business processes and assists in process improvement initiatives in order to enhance customer service. Identifies process matters of significance or enhancements and implements.
  • Develops and maintains communications with the customer, management and staff to ensure that service is delivered on time and within budget or contractual obligations. Investigates and resolves matters of significance as appropriate. Ensures maintenance of customer relationships and may build upon it.
  • Prepares and recommends operating and personnel budgets for approval. Monitors spending for adherence to budget, recommends variances as necessary.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field preferred.
  • Nine or more years of information technology in managed services and with min 4 or more yrs with operations experience.
  • Handled min 3000 tickets in a month.
  • Experience working with customer technology and support requirements.
  • Experience working with the information technology industry and awareness of developments.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with team members and clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Singaporean or Mandarin speaking candidate, as the nature of the job requires.

 

 

3) Helpdesk Support Engineers

Job Requirements:

  • 5 years experience as a Helpdesk support for WIN
  • Experience in production support providing L-1 support doing application Setup, configuration and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good experience in creating user id and email address in active directory.
  • Perform daily backup.
  • Experience working in end user environment.
  • Education: BA/B.S or equivalent
  • Other skills: Good communication skills with positive attitude and willing to work in a team.
  • Singaporean or Mandarin speaking candidate, as the nature of the job requires.
