Needs to be high level candidate, east coast candidates will be looked at first- must have every skill listed on their resume-

 

Sr. UNIX Engineer

 

 

Required:

 

-          Red Hat Enterprise Linux

-          Red Hat Satellite Server

-          Solaris 9, Solairs 10 or Open Solaris

-          Veritas Volume Manager and VxDMP

-          Logical Volume Manager(HP-UX or Linux)

-          SAN Storage management and troubleshooting

-          Experience with wide variety of servers. From 2 CPU to 128 CPU servers

-          Large Scale server deployments(more than 200 servers)

-          AD/LDAP server integration

-          Perl/Python/Unix Scripting

-          Networking Troubleshooting(TCP/IP, firewalls, load balancers)

-          Deep dive server debugging

-          Ability to support Oracle DBA team

 

 

Desired:

 

-          C/C++ coding or debugging experience

-          Oracle RAC deployments and troubleshooting

-          Weblogic/J2EE background

-          Automated server management using cfengine, puppet, or OpsCode
