Career Urgent: Business Development Executive for Kuala Lumpur


A well established organization with organic growth whose expertise lies in the areas of Pharmaceutical Marketing, Clinical Insights and Medical Communication is on the lookout for a young and dynamic business development executive for their Kuala Lumpur office .

Qualification : Graduate / Diploma or any other equivalent qualification.


Experience :  1 to 2 years of Business Development experience in the Healthcare / Pharma industry.
Desired Profile:
Should have preferably knowledge of pharma market
Should have good interpersonal skills 
Should be good in Oral & Written communication of English
Should be assertive, disciplined, hardworking, takes initiatives & high on integrity
Should have the passion to sell & have high result orientation, high self commitment & motivation.

 

Please find the brief Job description:
Should achieve target numbers in terms of POs (financial).
Should ensure a lead base of 3X where X is the target POs through proactive pitching, effective brief capturing, strategizing & thought presentation/reactive pitching

Ensure effectively negotiates with purchase departments so as to maintain profits while also does the costing for various projects
Follows up accounts/clients to ensure timely payment (collection).
To ensure coverage of all clients (approx 40 product managers within Pharma Companies) at least once in a quarter.
To ensure every support to Delivery Team for closing the projects and timely Billing.
To identify new opportunities arising from the core competencies of the company and help conceptualizing them.
