Required Skills:
Need at least 2 to 3 cycle of implementation experience in their respective modules
SAP helpdesk Consultant
Responsibilities
• Ensure KPIs are met. Namely customer retention; customer review & service level agreement (SLA); revenue growth; profit margin.
• Work closely with business development managers to ensure that service support and delivery is at the very best to the customer satisfaction
• Provide single point of contact for all information relating to issues, where relevant to customers and consultants
• Verify or reassign issue priority and allocate to appropriate resource
• Ensure consultants resolve issue within SLA & update issues as appropriate in a timely manner
• Ensure issues resolved contain in-depth knowledge base
• Ensure priority 1 phone calls are answered at all times and appropriate resource is available to meet this
• Provide level 1 and 2 support to customers
• Ensure issues are passed correctly and officially to appropriate consultant
• Ensure logged issues have all relevant information populated before allocating issues
• Ensure resources, consumables and hardware are available as appropriate
• Ensure that sensitive data is kept secured
• Ensure helpdesk system is available for customers and consultants to log and manage issues
• Ensure monthly statistical reporting are available for customers
