2.
Equipment Data Sheets (Vessel/Tank/ Column / Heat Exchanger/Furnace/
Air Cooler / Pump/Compressor/ Fan / Misc.etc) review, update, develop
& check
3. Instrument Process Data Sheets (Pressure/Temperatu
re/Level/ Flow/Control Valve / Pressure Safety Valve /Analyzer.etc)
review, update, develop & check
4. Line size determine / Line list develop & check
5.
Hydraulic Check work for pump head/NPSH, thermosiphon reboiler static
head, flare network, cooling water network, control valve del P.etc)
6. HAZOP review / Model review / SIL Classification work
7. Requisition preparation / Technical Bid evaluation /Vendor documents review & comment work
8. Pre-commissioning & Commissioning planning & field execution work
