Contract Talent Acquisition Specialist – Atlanta

Nationwide Insurance is seeking an experienced contract recruiter who relishes the quest for top talent in a competitive environment. Source, attract, screen and secure applicants for agency/sales opportunities. Maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers. Develop external networks and "centers of influence" to leverage the potential for referrals that mirror the diversity of our customer base. Monitor and track recruiting activities. Develop recruiting strategies.

The location for the position is out of our Duluth, GA office.

Qualifications: 3 or mor years of dedicated recruiting experience; proven customer service skills with the ability to mine and attract candidates; some travel in greater Atlanta and possibly Columbia, SC.
