Job in Singapore Excellent Opportunity for Manager - Lotus Notes

We have the following position with one of our clients:

• To take on leadership role to lead a team of senior/system analysts in planning, developing, maintaining and deploying Web Application development in the Company.
• Lead a team in migrating current Lotus Notes applications to Microsoft .Net platform and implementing new applications in the .Net platform. Manage the internal team and outsource partners in supporting the above activities.
• Plan, lead, organize and manage an IT section providing web application development and deployment services that include Microsoft .Net applications and share point services, Lotus Notes application and J2EE applications as required.
• Manage project timelines, budget, quality and resource planning.
• Project implementation, support & maintenance.
• Support and analyse end user requirements and enforce system specification for development in line with IT SOX-404 SDLC policies & procedures.
• Issue tracking, escalation and resolution.
• Provide technical recommendation and advice as a solution architect.
• Conduct training as required.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology with at least 5 years experience as a Manager.
• At least 5 years of experience in Microsoft.Net v2 platform, sharepoint services & K2.Net workflow tool. Good knowledge of Lotus Notes application and J2EE platforms would be preferred.
• At least 3 years experience as Project manager with implementation experience in above technologies. Preference will be given to those with knowledge of integration of above technologies with Portal solutions, data warehouse, content management and SSO solution.
• Experience as solution architect will be preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership skills, analytical, good organizational skills with strong business/commercial sense, team player.
• Result-oriented with high levels of drive and initiative
