Job vacancies for contractor oil & gas services in Jakarta City

The key in response to our continuing fast growth, we need highly qualified, dynamic, energetic, strong leadership and experienced professionals who could provide opportunities to further develop both their capabilities and careers while helping our company to continue its profitable growth to fill the following vacancies:

1) Personnel Assistant to Operational Manager

Key responsibilities will Responsibilities:
# Include the execution of the operational plan and the management of the operational movement, Expatriate Formalities, Policies and HR Administration functions.
# Operation administration duties such as permits (expatriates and local personnel), Personnel Data Base, air-tickets / transport and accommodation enquiries, logistics support.
# Support the HR function such as recruitment, training administration, insurance and staff welfare etc.
# Provide secretarial and administrative support to operation division.

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications, experience and attributes:
* Female, 26-30 years old
* Minimum at least a Diploma in Secretary or Business Administration or management graduated;
* Min 2-3 years experience in operation division in a major foreign owned company, preferably within the oil & gas industry;
* Strong computer skills, well developed teamwork skills/multi skill task and willing to work under pressure;
* Fluent in English both written and oral is essential;
* Tenacity coupled with strong relationship building abilities.
* Discipline and hard working with Strong Leadership,
* Ready to work any area in Indonesia and traveling overseas

2) Secretary / Office Administrator

Key responsibilities will
# General administration duties such as arrange & liaise on air-ticketing and hotel reservations, monitoring of stationeries and beverages supplies, ensure good housekeeping of office etc.
# Support the HR function such as personnel administrations, training administration, insurance and staff welfare etc.
# Provide secretarial and administrative support to management.

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications, experience and attributes:
• Female, 26-30 years old
Strong computer skills, well developed teamwork skills/multi skill task and willing to work under pressure;
• Fluent in English both written and oral is essential;
• Minimum at least a Diploma in Secretary graduated; fresh graduated are welcome
• Loyal, Discipline, and hard working

3) Receptionist

Must be able to communicate in English, both written and oral, use of computers and email systems essential, filing and archiving capabilities.

# Female, 21-24 years old
