Position: Head Retention

Location: Delhi

Experience – Minimum 8 years exp in Relationship Management/Corporate Sales

Education –MBA is must and should be from Tier – I / Tier – II Colleges only

The Organization: Our client is a startup company in the education space and is backed up by some of the most successful and experienced internet entrepreneurs.

Key Responsibilities:

·         To handle a team of 4 to 6 Preferred Relationship Manager

·         Ensuring Sales across all products/Services

·         Interaction with School chain to increase business/revenue

·         Ensuring all the clients are retained

·         Recruitment and training of Relationship Manager Team

·         To ensure maintenance of updated Relationship File

·         Achievement of Relationship Manager targets

·         Business Performance

·         Portfolio Management, Cross sell/Up sell of products

Requirements:

·         At least 7 year(s) of working experience in Corporate Sales/relationship management is required for this position.

·         Excellent Communication Skills

·         Strong Educational Background
