Loyalty Specialist



 

Customer Experience Manager, CRM,Marketing
 
Loyalty Specialist will be  responsible for all activities relating to the customer affinity programs and customer loyalty programs

·         Bachelor degree or any equivalent degree.

·         At least 3 years experience in CRM and in the development of CRM strategy, creative and implementation processes

·         Experience in effectively communicating with company  resources to achieve mutual goals

·         Working knowledge of e-mail analytic applications, Customer Relationship Management software, business intelligence tools

·         Strong working knowledge of CRM ERP tools, Microsoft Office including Word, Excel & PowerPoint

Analytical with knowledge of budgetary and business planning procedures.
