Job Title: Lead Designer/ Project Manager

Experience: 7-10 Yrs.

Job Location: Pune

Qualification: Technical degree with excellent academic record.

Technical Skills:
Mandatory Skills:
• Banking concepts (double entry system, standing orders, FD, Loan etc.)

Detailed knowledge of:
• A/c opening
• Loan entry and processing
• Domestic & International Payments
• Clearing

Real life experience in:
• Requirements Gathering
• Mapping Requirements to Functional specification
• Ability to explain complex business processes to technical staff

UI design (from user point of view):
• SQL
• Query
• Table Join
• Record – add, update, delete
• Understanding of 'Business meaning' of the data in Database tables
• Object Oriented Programming & Design
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Visio)

Good to Have Skills:
• Design a Web page
• SOA Architecture
• SQL – index, trigger, SP etc.
• Staffware (Tibco)
• Unix

Behavioural Skills (Must have):
• Self starter
• Work un-supervised
• See requirement from users' point of view
• Able to sell his/her solution to the user
• Ability Push back or stand ground (Assertive)
• Ability to work & thrive in dynamic environment with continuously changing priorities
