We have an immediate opening for IT Leader

Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Identify and deploy the right system and IT infrastructure to improve the overall operations of the company.

• Perform installation, upgrading, configuration and maintenance of company's IT Infrastructure in order to maintain a reliable and secure network environment. This includes PABX and Network Equipments.

• Troubleshoot issues raised by users, fix bugs (if any) and proposed improvements in order to make sure no reoccurrence of issues.

• Supports and analyse user requirement, evaluate quality of service, identify issue and recommends strategic IT solutions to ensure delivery of IT service in efficient and effective manner.

• Keep up with New Technology and to perform Feasibility Study and improvement, in order to keep up with the current and supported technology.
Requirements:
• Min. 2 years relevant experience in leading business system implementation project with at least a full cycle of system implementation, preferably in manufacturing environment.

• Min. 2 years relevant experience in setting up and maintaining MS Windows 2003 Active Directory and Group Policy.

• Min. 2 years relevant experience in controlling LAN and WAN environment with more than 100 workstations. This includes hands-on experience in handling network equipments such as CISCO switch, router and firewall.

• Min. 2 years relevant experience in setting up and maintain Server's Application such as Veritas Backup, Anti Virus, Exchange Server, Blackberry Server, MS SQL Server, Windows Terminal Service, etc.

• Good interpersonal, leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good understanding of business process, preferably in manufacturing environment.

• Experience in working in regulated environment such as FDA or ITIL will be an added advantage.
