Position title: Technical Support Officer (Thai Speaking)

Location: Bayan Lepas, Penang
Position Status: 1-year contratc renewable
Salary: RM2500 + entitle for OT
Working Hour: Monday – Friday (9am -6pm)
Job role:
1. Diagnosis & problem solving, via telephone and email support for computer systems & software systems within standard time frames.
2. Escalation of issues to the Customer Care Consultant/or Call Center Manager in order to resolve the issue to the customer's complete satisfaction.
3. Maintain accurate call logging and tracking into Helpdesk database.
4. Follow up on all cases logged to ensure every case is closed within standard time frames
5. Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse range of people with varying levels of technical understanding and ability in international environment.
6. Have strong understanding and technical ability for both PC environment and applications.
7. Good disciplines to follow company policies, Call Center procedures.
