91. PLANNER [PHASE 3]

Job Location           : Sohar, Oman

Salary                    : US$ 2462 – 2900 / month

 

The desired candidate should have minimum of 6 years experience in any major Steel Plant or Heavy Engineering Industry.

It is also an advantage to have the following:

1.    In Maintenance planning of preventive & corrective maintenance, scheduled maintenance, capital maintenance, long term planning data analysis, preventive maintenance scheduling, scheduled maintenance planning and overhauling of equipment

2.    Prepare long and short term maintenance planning and overhaul programs for equipment and facilities

3.    Creation/maintaining history of data-SAP-Excel

4.    Closing of work orders PM/CM- SAP

5.    Plant stoppage job list finalization & tentative scheduling (Microsoft project)

6.    Good computer knowledge

7.    SAP Experience

8.    Microsoft Project

9.    Microsoft Excel

10. Good English communication skills

4.    Total Industrial experience

1.    Direct Reduction Plant Mechanical Maintenance

3.    Execution of scheduled preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and major repair activities as well as trouble shooting during breakdown

4.    Leading a Maintenance crew (allocation of job, instruction and guidance to technician / mechanic etc.)

5.    Ordering and controlling of spares and consumables, preparation of shift schedule and keeping overtime record

6.    Check list preparation and review of inspection findings for corrective action

7.    Working in SAP (Material Management and Plant Maintenance Module)

 

Must have knowledge in IT (MS Suite) and proficient in English language.

Also, diploma in Mechanical Engineering is a must.

4.    Taking equipment checklist reading

5.    Doing trouble shooting and carryout site repairs

6.    Ability to do welding and gas-cutting job during maintenance

7.    Knowledge of proper torquing of fastener

8.    Knowledge of Mechanical Machines, Tools and tackles and their application

 

Must have knowledge in IT (MS Suite) and proficient in English language.
