RECRUITING MANAGER, GLOBAL MARKETS needed for global consulting business-- Noida or Gurgaon (search restarted)

Our client is a global provider of business and technology consulting services to the Fortune 500 and government clients. The company is expanding quickly and seeking a top-level recruiter to help drive their growth. A very competitive base salary plus aggressive bonus structure and pension scheme await the ideal candidate.

The client has a broad base of customers covering financial services, consumer, energy, and other industries. Their Indian operations have been in place for about a decade and has offices around the world. This position was created due to the client's growth and will report directly to the corporate head of recruitment in New York City.

The successful candidate will manage recruitment in India with the opportunity for additional countries. This is a full-charge management role, with expectations of filling approximately 1500-2000 openings per year. The position will manage approximately 30 direct reports in general recruitment, sourcing, executive recruitment, and campus recruitment, all of whom recruit for global client projects.

The position can be based in either Noida or Gurgaon.

Position requirements –
• 5+ years experience in full lifecycle recruiting, preferably in Global Markets and Technology.
• Expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence.
• B.S. in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or related discipline required.
• Must be able demonstrate leadership qualities in a fast paced, moderately noisy, team based environment while being extremely adaptable and flexible.
• Excellent project management, writing, and oral communication skills are required.

The ideal candidate will have significant recruitment management experience for a global consulting firm or the consulting arm of a major software company. Candidates with similar experience from the financial services, energy, consumer, manufacturing, healthcare, or public services sectors are also encouraged to apply.
