Contract Technical Recruiters Needed

Our client is the leading provider of integrated business, technology and process solutions on a global delivery platform.  They are a global organization with offices around the globe.

Due to their growth in 2010, they have three immediate openings for Technical Recruiters in the following cities.   :

1.      Minneapolis, MN – must have experience recruiting for data warehousing

2.      Chicago, IL – must have experience recruiting for ERP, Security and/or Project Managers

3.      Mountain View, CA or New York, NY – must have a strong experience recruiting for various technical positions


Summary:

These are all contract-to-hire positions and will convert to full time employment in 3-6 months.   You will be required to be onsite each day.

 

As a Recruiter, you will manage the full recruiting cycle from candidate identification and evaluation to offer negotiation and closing. You will recruit for a wide range of positions with a variety of levels and job disciplines. The position requires superior communication skills and
excellent organizational abilities with a strong attention to detail. In performing the essential functions of this role, the work environment is fast-paced, demanding and team-based.

Job Description:

·         Manage overall recruiting process, partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies for long/short term hiring goals

·          Source and screen qualified candidates, leverage Internet Job Boards, employee referrals, internet search engines, Web resume mining techniques, and direct cold calling

·         Manage candidates seamlessly through the interview process, set expectations, provide feedback, negotiate and close all offers

·         Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruiting status of position

·         Participate in hiring discussions, gather and consolidate feedback

·         Gather and consolidate candidate feedback from interview team members and provide to hiring manager or team to make hiring decision

·         Coordinate reference checks, background checks, make offer and negotiate as necessary

 

Qualifications:

·         8+ years of experience recruiting in a technical environment

·         Demonstrated success in developing sourcing strategies, direct sourcing and creative candidate generation

·         Strong account management skills with the ability to partner with and coach hiring managers on the recruiting process

·         Proficient with applicant tracking systems, spreadsheets, Internet and email software

·         Effective oral and written communication skills required

·         Must be able to demonstrate analytical skills, solid strategic thinking
and teamwork
