The Organization:

Our company is India's one of the largest Custom Research and Manufacturing
Services (CRAMS) and Drug Discovery and Development Services (DDDS) Company.

Key responsibilities:

. Review business performance and assist in drawing strategic agenda

. Guide and conduct research of essential/ required topics related to
companies, products and markets across business aspects including
statistics, regulations, technology and trends

. Develop complex financial analysis and produce high level PowerPoint and
other presentations as required in the appropriate format.

. Assist in articulating recommendations and coordinate with businesses with
implementation

.Assist in change management (securing buy ins from senior management)

.As and when directed, represent the head pharma strategy in internal and
external meetings and provide necessary feedback and outcome of such
meetings

.Coach subordinate(s) to deliver high performance results

The Selected candidate should be:

Educational requirements

.Science/ engineering with MBA (tier I/II)

.Good consistent educational track record

Prior experience

.5-7 years of experience of developing strategic solutions for corporate,
and implementing strategic initiatives in an efficient and effective manner

.Pharma experience is a must

.Part of strategy cell of pharma companies/ consulting companies (tier I/II)

Skills

.Understands pharma landscape - India and Global Market trends, players,
technology and regulatory/ policies

.Strong analytical and problem solving ability

.Ability to comprehend and engage senior executives on strategic issues;
Demonstrated ability and temperament to work with senior officials
cordially.

.Strong business planning and executive ability

.Strong team orientation coupled with individual drive and energy

.Excellent business communication and writing skills; High level of
competence in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Power point, and Excel with an
ability to create high quality presentations
