We have the following HR Requirements with our clients.
BANGALORE :-
1) Manager Global IT Recruitment - MBA with 8-12 yrs exp in IT Recruitment for US IT Services firm
2) Manager & Sr. Manager HRBP - HR Gen role - MBA with 6-10 yrs in a HR Gen role, MBA from Premier B schools like XL, TISS, Symbi, IMT, MDI, etc etc is a must.
3) Head Corporate HR - Global HR Role for an Indian IT Services MNC - MBA's of 99/00/01 pass outs - responsible for Global HR role - hr gen role, HR policies, exposure to Comp & Ben is a must.
4) Sr. Manager Comp & Ben for US IT Service Firm - MBA's of 01 / 02 / 03 pass outs.
CHENNAI :-
1) Sr. Manager IT Recruitment - with about 12-14 yrs exp should have handled minimum of 50 offers a month.
2) VP HR for a FMCG Company - MBA from XL, TISS , Symbi etc. MBA passouts of 98/ 99 / 00 / 01 should be ideal - Should have exposure to Plant & Corporate HR, Atleast 2-4 yrs in Plant HR role out of total yrs of exp.
