Debt Syndication and Debt Origination roles | Mumbai


 

Curve HR is a leading Executive Search Firm.

 

For our client, a relatively new midsize and growing financial services firm is seeking strong professionals in Debt Syndication business

 

Location is Mumbai.

 

Roles

  1. Debt Syndication
  2. Debt Origination

 

1.       Debt Syndication – MBA / CA / Mcom with 4-6 yrs of experience

The role would predominantly involve placements and syndication.  The candidate would be involved in the entire execution of the deal and would need to deal with products across the spectrum including ECBs, NCDs, CPs, Vanila Debt etc

 

The ideal candidate is a

-          MBA / CA / Mcom or any other professional qualification

-          4-6 Years of Experience in similar profile

-          Relationships with Mutual Funds / Private Banks / Private Insurance Companies

-          Experience of External Commercial Borrowings (ECB)

-          Ability to place deals across various spectrum – Non Convertible Debentures, Commercial Papers, Project Finance, Short Term Loans & Term Loans

-          Strong Interpersonal & Communication Skill

 

Compensation: 6 – 9L + incentives.

 

 

2.       Debt Origination – MBA / CA / Mcom with 4-6 yrs of experience

The role would predominantly involve originating deals, deepening relationships, generating business and assist in execution.  The candidate would be involved in building relationships across the product group

 

The ideal candidate is

-          MBA / CA / Mcom or any other professional qualification

-          4-6 Years of Experience

-          Strong Corporate relationship

-          Ability to originate deals across various spectrum – Commercial Papers, Bonds, etc

-          Strong Interpersonal & Communication Skill

-          Ability to Build New Relationships & contribute to the business of the Organisation

 

Compensation: 6 – 9L + incentives.
