Our company have several openings for Building Supervisor. We are open to foreigners provided they are willing to come to Singapore for interview.
Job Description:
- Oversee and supervise the work of contracted personnel such as the cleaners and security officers
- Perform routine daily inspections around the building and surrounding areas to check for building defects/safety issues/non-compliance of building regulation and house rules
- Conduct daily check of the carpark system
- Attend to tenants requests and compliants
- Daily inspection of tenant's premises during fitting out works
Requirements:
- NITEC or Diploma in Property & Facilities Management / Real Estate Management
- Minimum 2 years experience in building operations
- Willing and able to work on 12-hour shift duties
