Main Responsibilities

Maintain and monitor the line efficiency and OEE and explore opportunities for increase.
Responsible for mechanical, electrical and electronics upkeep of assigned machine.
Check the machine mechanically and electrically before startup.
Operate the machine in good working condition to ensure quality and conformity of filled or packaged products to standards as per requirement of Quality, GMP & HSE.
Cleaning and lubrication and tightening of visible loose bolts/ parts of machine.
Carry out mechanical trouble shooting of machine to run it smoothly during the shift timings.
Carry out washing of supply line, filling machine and other equipment during product change overs.
Carryout machine mechanical parts / tooling change over for any size change of product.
Carry out Quick Fix parts replacement.
Set and verifying batch code, manufacturing, Expiry date and MRP printing as per product requirement to meet specification.
Inspect quality of packed product of machine and remove defective products and packaging material.
Inspect weight of products, verifying and adjusting product weight or measurement to meet QA specifications.
Count and record finished product and rejected packaged items.
Required Education/certifications
- Degree/Diploma : B.Tech or DAE in Mechanical or Mechatronics

CIFOR is looking for a Senior Administrative Officer for the Information Services Group.
Duties and Responsibilities
The Senior Administrative Officer will assist the Director in coordinating work across units within the Information Services Group (ISG). The four units of ISG are: Editorial & Multimedia Services; Data & Library/Information Management; Information & Communication Technology; and Media & Outreach.
The Senior Administrative Officer will:
• Assist the Director in ensuring smooth workflow across the units within the Information Services Group/Office to meet commitments and top line deliverables to all internal clients (i.e. Management, DGO, Research Programmes, Finance & HR) and to all external parties.
• Assist with preparing budgets and provide progress reports to the Director and managers.
• Work with ISG staff, as well as other programmes and departments within CIFOR, to monitor and ensure timely technical reporting and deliverables to partners, donors and collaborators.
• Develop contracts and contract amendments, including individual contracts and Letters of Agreement (LOA), with partners, collaborators and consultants in close consultation with the Director and managers.
• Liaise with CIFOR's contract management unit and facilitate discussions until all relevant parties have agreed on content. After contract content is agreed, the Officer will work with the secretary to upload all information to the contract workflow system.
• Remind and assist the staff to complete and submit project timesheets and other performance contracts and appraisals, deliverable to the Director General's Office and Management Group.
• Work with Finance staff to monitor budget spending, preparation and adjustment of the financial status of the Office as well as for periodic financial reporting.
• Manage and update relevant databases and assist with the project management system (SIIS).
• Other duties as assigned.
Details of duties, assignments and objectives will be further discussed and then detailed in the annual performance contract/work plan for this position.
Requirements
Education, experience and technical skills
• Bachelor or Masters degree in administration and/or finance with 7 – 10 years of relevant experience.
• Relevant experience in project administration and management, good understanding of financial management and budgeting and human resources procedures.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong computer skills in word processing, database, PowerPoint, Excel, and other relevant office applications.
Personal attributes and competencies
• Competent in personal organization and priority setting, with the ability to work effectively under time pressure and manage multiple priorities.

• Assist the Director in ensuring smooth workflow across the units within the Information Services Group/Office to meet commitments and top line deliverables to all internal clients (i.e. Management, DGO, Research Programmes, Finance & HR) and to all external parties.
• Assist with preparing budgets and provide progress reports to the Director and managers.
• Work with ISG staff, as well as other programmes and departments within CIFOR, to monitor and ensure timely technical reporting and deliverables to partners, donors and collaborators.
• Develop contracts and contract amendments, including individual contracts and Letters of Agreement (LOA), with partners, collaborators and consultants in close consultation with the Director and managers.
• Liaise with CIFOR's contract management unit and facilitate discussions until all relevant parties have agreed on content. After contract content is agreed, the Officer will work with the secretary to upload all information to the contract workflow system.
• Remind and assist the staff to complete and submit project timesheets and other performance contracts and appraisals, deliverable to the Director General's Office and Management Group.
• Work with Finance staff to monitor budget spending, preparation and adjustment of the financial status of the Office as well as for periodic financial reporting.
• Manage and update relevant databases and assist with the project management system (SIIS).
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Education, experience and technical skills
• Bachelor or Masters degree in administration and/or finance with 7 – 10 years of relevant experience.
• Relevant experience in project administration and management, good understanding of financial management and budgeting and human resources procedures.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong computer skills in word processing, database, PowerPoint, Excel, and other relevant office applications.

• Conduct presentations and trainings on palm oil sustainability and sustainability certifications.
• Support the GHG Specialist in gathering the information required for GHG lifecycle analyses.
• Represent CIRCLE in relevant meetings and workshops related to clean energy.

• Degree in energy, agriculture, engineering, or other relevant field.
• Knowledge and abilities in environmental and agricultural systems and industrial and quality control systems.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge and experience of major structural analysis packages used for design of ANSYS software.
Strong skill in application of Autocad 2D and 3D modeling.
Preparation of structural design basis, reports, structural design specifications, construction and installation work procedures.
Experience in structural analysis of offshore platforms.
Experience in Jacket Load out, Transportation, launch/flotation, lift, upending, inplace and fatigue analysis.
Conversant with accommodation offshore structural design codes.

Experience in high voltage power distribution network, design and laying of electrical wires.

Required to control the flow of all project documentation and drawings received and produced offshore - both design and vendor - in accordance with project procedures.
Diploma or Degree
To allocate and control the numbering of documents and drawings produced on the project.
Experienced in use of electronic document management systems.
Provide assistance and support in the completion of documentation requests and searches for any Offshore personnel.
Ensure the timely issue and return/resolution of query documents ie Engineering Queries, Corrective Actions etc (as applicable).
To be proficient in all of the document management systems to ensure search, view, print capability and to be able to check the latest revisions of documentation.
Maintain a central project filing system for both technical and non-technical data.
Manage the documentation flow for compilation of Certification/ Verification/ Fabrication dossiers.

Electrical Engineer at JGC Singapore

Electrical Engineer
Responsible for the preparation of electrical specifications, data sheets, calculations, technical evaluation, requisition, Material-Take-Off (MTO), Single Line Diagrams, Area Classifications and other electrical design and construction drawings for substation, power, lighting, grounding, fire alarm, communication, heat tracing and cathodic systems in accordance with applicable codes and standards, project and Client's requirement. Acts as Keyperson or Assistant Keyperson of small and medium sized electrical engineering projects (not more than 5,000 engineering manhours).
Principal
Performs design calculations and electrical system study according to project specifications and industry accepted engineering calculation methods with minimal mistakes and ensure design calculations are in accordance with project requirements and done within schedule and budget manhour
Prepares specifications, data sheets, requisitions, technical evaluations and vendor data review according to project specifications with minimal mistakes and ensure the outputs are in accordance with project requirements and done within schedule and budget manhour.
Designs and drafts construction drawings and sketches according to project specifications with minimal mistakes and ensure the drawing outputs are in accordance with project requirements and done within schedule and budget manhour.
Normally coordinates with Technical Auditor, Clients, subcontractors and vendors regarding technical matters pertaining to basic and detailed design proceedings to guarantee that all outputs have been checked and verified for correctness and adequacy and that all project requirements are clear and complete.
Normally performs electrical estimation works including BM/BQ to check and verify that estimated materials are complete and in compliance with applicable standards and client requirements.
Secondary
Occasionally conducts field surveys necessary in the preparation of field change sheets or front-end engineering in coordination with other disciplines to ensure correctness of design.
Maybe assigned as Field Engineer at construction site to assume responsibility of checking and revising drawings for construction, coordination with Client, Vendors and subcontractors, and inspection and testing of electrical equipment.
May act as a "Mentor" to Cadet Engineer as assigned by Department Manager.
Performs other functions that may be assigned by superiors.
Education:
Graduate of BS Electrical Engineering
Three (3) to six (6) years' experience in electrical design work of oil, gas, petrochemical and other related industrial plants.
Skill Requirements:
Computer literate in Windows and MS Office, AutoCAD and/or Microstation and common electrical calculation software.
Familiar with local and international electrical codes, standards and regulations.
Familiar with ETAP software.
