Job Title: Head HR
Job Location: New Delhi

We have been retained by India's largest Industry Managed Association with
operation across India. We are looking for Head of Human Resources to
mannage a headcount of more than 1000 employees.

The incumbent will be responsible for providing content and process advice
on: Human Resources goals and objectives in the business area, including
annual operational plans, Compensation management, Performance management,
Recruitment and selection, Management and employee development including
capability analysis, Organizational change, Employee relations, training and
HR administration

Key Deliverables

Responsible for development and implementation of new and strategic HR

To develop an effective Manpower planning system and improve the processes
for reviewing and evaluating jobs; identifying future redundancies and
developing people redeployment plans.Develop recruitment operating budget.

Lead the development and periodic revision of Performance Management Systems
(PMS) in line with the changing needs

Provide direction and leadership for organizational change and
organizational development processes

Design and conduct of Performance Needs Assessment and assist in design and
implementation of training & devlopment programs

Facilitating in the Compensation Management process , conduct surveys,
restructuring and analysis.

Creating a culture that reflects and communicates through constant
communication with all employees to ensure a two-way communication

The ideal candidate will come with a munimum of 12 years of experience with
progressive leadership experience in developing and streamlining the HR

Compensation Band: INR 25 lacs to INR 30 lacs
