Outlet Manager (Johor, Kedah, Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Pahang, Perak, Selangor)

 

We are currently representing our client one of the largest financial services group in Malaysia. They are divided into several comprises from Retail Banking to Corporate Banking. Base on their reputation and positive growth, they have won quite a number of top awards by the Edge and Asia Money. Due to their expansion plans, they required many talented candidates for this following positions:

Outlet Manager
(Johor, Kedah, Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Pahang, Perak, Selangor)

Responsibilities:

• The person will report directly to Head of Sales (in Headquarters).
• The person are required to do indoor sales (in branch/ outlet) and manage a minimum of 6 sales staff in that branch/ outlet.
• The persons are responsible to manage the operation and sales activities in the branch/ outlet.
• Responsible to ensure high standard if customer experience in line with the quality standards set by the company.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in sales or retail field from Financial Institution (e.g.: Banking, Insurance & Investment).
• Posses experience in managing sales team from Financial Institution (e.g.: Banking, Insurance & Investment) is a must.
• Posses good leadership, communication and interpersonal skill.
• result oriented, highly motivated and willing to go extra mile with strong selling skills.
• Application should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

Successful candidates will earn Basic + Commission (Overriding of the team) + Allowance.
