Senior vacancy in Compensation & Benefits for a very large manufacturing organisation based in Mumbai


 

We have a senior vacancy as GM/Sr.Manager-Compensation & Benefits with our clients who are an extremely large, multi-locational manufacturing organisation based in Mumbai. The position is based in Mumbai and reports to the Director-HR.

The incumbent will spearhead the C+B activity nationally and would be expected to build a relevant team

Candidate Profile: MBAs/PGs with 10-16 years relevant experience of which recent few years must be in C+B with large organisations. Must have:

a.. Expertise in managing the compensation & benefits function while designing, implementing and administering policies to ensure accurate and timely compliance with statutory obligations
b.. Expertise in managing and analyzing data for compensation surveys and compensation Review process both within and outside of Organisation
c.. Hands on experience in the area of Compensation Design, Structuring, Reward & Recognition, Benchmarking, Survey Management, Position Evaluation, HR Due Diligence
d.. Exposure to regional / multi location compensation management.
e.. Has Managed intitiation, participation, Custom & Industry Compensation Surveys
f.. An effective communicator with honed relationship management, leadership, analytical and coordination skills
