Experience : 16 to 28 years of Industry experience in Manufacturing Organizations

Responsibility:
• HR Policy and Process development
• Developing high performance work culture and other OD interventions
• Recruitment, Training and Performance Management System
• Employee Retention initiatives
• Statutory compliances in labour laws and Liaison with statutory authorities
• Maintenance of healthy IR climate for productivity
• Proactive trade union relations

Linguistic proficiency: Malayalam Speaking skills

Location: Cochin

Desired Profile: The incumbent should be an excellent HR leader and motivator with good footing in both strategic HR and IR
