Job SQA Lead and DBA

 

We have built up a good reputation within our field of trade and we are currently expanding to catch new opportunities for dynamic individuals, as:    Software Quality Assurance Lead   As part of the Software Quality Assurance Team, you are required to work closely with other members of IT Development Team and End Users to design, prepare and perform the appropriate software test. You will also be required to develop and execute test plans to ensure proper coverage and compliance of business quality needs. In addition, as the team lead of QA team, you will research and develop best practices, methodologies and tools to reduce the turnaround time for quality assurance test and you are also required to ensure that all entrance and exit criteria of a QA cycle for each Software Release have been satisfied. Requirements: Degree in Computer Engineering or related At least 3-5 years of working experience in software quality assurance role, minimum 2 years of leadership role Possess leadership quality in managing lateral teammates from various teams to accomplish the completion of quality testing Working experience in financial industry has added advantage Excellent oral and written communication skills in English     Database Administrator   As a DBA, you are responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of testing and staging databases.  You should be able to achieve efficiency in designing and archiving of data and the implementation of staging servers by designing good databases.  In addition, you are expected to improve the performance of databases and ensure that the systems & processes are compliant with regulatory requirements and company policies.   Requirements: Degree in Computer Science equivalent DBA certification for one or more DBMS (Oracle, MS SQL Server). At least 2 years experience in Database design and development At least 2 year experience in Database administration of MS SQL Server Must have proficiency in database administration focusing on application development, support and architectural areas.
