JOB DESCRIPTION:
Develops, implements, and maintains all corporate financial systems. Serves as a liaison between IT and departmental staff in regards to required updates/changes in software. Queries data and provides reports to users. Performs governance through system audits ensuring the data integrity and structure of the financial systems.
1-Serves as a liaison between IT and department staff in regard to required updates/changes in software;
2-Gathers and documents business system and process requirements from business owners and end users to ensure system meets business needs;
3-Updates and maintains financial systems including exporting and importing of files into databases;
4-Modifies menus and spreadsheets for analysis and troubleshooting;
5-Performs system audits for data integrity and security;
6-Prepares custom financial reports for management and accounting staff;
7-Manages automated processing and reviews exceptions.
8-Conducts data queries and provides results;
9-Performs system audits to ensure data integrity and security.
Typical Training / Experience - Typically requires BS/BA in related discipline; Generally 5-8 years of experience in related field. Certification is required in some areas OR MS/MA and generally 3-5 years of experience in related field. Certification required in some areas
