This is a key position within the company which you can take ownership of as the role evolves. Superior written and oral communication skills as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality are paramount to succeed in this role. A flexible, 'hands on' approach as well as strong problem solving skills and the ability to confidently liaise with staff at all levels are highly desirable traits.

Ideally you will be degree qualified within Human Resources with proven previous experience in a similar position. As this is a stand alone position a thorough understanding of current Human Resources legislation is essential as you will providing management with advice as required.
