Job Description – Senior Manager – (Human Resource – Employee Relations)

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Maintaining cordial employee relations.
  • Adherence to policies and procedure
  • Generating HR related MIS reports
  • Ensure compliance

·         Handle confirmations, promotions and separations.

·         Performance management and Training need identification.

·         Support employee Engagement initiatives.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle day to day employee queries
  • Support Events Calendar
  • MIS and dashboards
  • Performance Appraisals, TNI, etc
  • Support new initiatives

 

                                                                            ESSENTIAL                                DESIRABLE

Work Experience ( mention No. of years)

Total 6-8 years of work experience as an HR Generalist.                              Preferably in a BPO environment.

 

Knowledge/Qualifications/ Competency

MBA (HR)/MPM –Full Time                                                                      Familiarity with PeopleSoft

 

Capabilities

Good inter personal skills

Excellent communication skills

           

Special Role Requirements

Work in shifts

Prepared to work long hours if required.
