Description :
- Establishing, maintaining, revising and updating department's filling system
- Handling all departmental incoming e-mails and serving as a point of
communication and link between the requesting departments and the
supplier abroad.
- Making the necessary arrangement to process the shipment from the
point of departure (seaport/airport) to the point of destination.
- Taking calls from clients and setting dates
- Organizing maintance orders
- Establishing, maintaining, revising and updating department's filling system
- managing and coordinating the maintanice team's activities
Other Skills :
- Very good computer skills
- Good writing and reading English
- Good Communication skills
