*PeopleSoft Tivoli Workload Scheduler (Batch Processing) Spec*

*Description:*

Client's integration architecture requires heavy batch processing of data,
both inbound and outbound between PeopleSoft and legacy systems; on the
order of 100s of interfaces requiring 24x7 processing. IBM Tivoli Workload
Scheduler (TWS) will be utilized as the batch & scheduling solution.

We are looking for a resource with strong TWS experience and PeopleSoft ERP
integration experience to lead the analysis & design, requirements,
documentation & implementation of TWS to PeopleSoft & Tivoli Monitoring
integration. The candidate must have:

• Excellent time management skills
• Strong meeting facilitation skills
• Technically strong

Primary Tasks:

• Work collaboratively with Business, Functional, Development & Operational
teams to gather & document requirements & run-books for all batch scheduling
activities.
• Perform analysis to understand time and volume dependent schedules and
recommend operational strategies to optimize batch processing.
• Maximize TWS configuration for efficient execution and operational
monitoring of SLA performance.
• Define & document technical integration between TWS and PeopleSoft.
Including FSCM, EPM 8.9, ETL, PeopleSoft Process Scheduler, UNIX scripts and
other components.
• Define & document integration between TWS and Tivoli Enterprise Monitoring

• Work across teams to provide input to - TWS Infrastructure design &
performance optimization, TWS deployment design & environment strategy
• Work with testing organizations to ensure operational readiness.
