Job recruitment J2EE System Analyst (Technical Lead)

Dicetek (Sing) Pte Ltd. is looking for dynamic and committed
individuals who are prepared to join the growing demands of our
client, as a:

System Analyst (Technical Lead)

Job Responsibilities:
The position will be reporting to the Project Manager. As a Systems
Analyst, he will understand and translate requirements to technical
designs based on established standards and best practices. He will
perform System Integrator role in the project. He will be in-charge of
the in-house development/testing environment and source code control.
He will be involved in development, coding, trouble-shooting,
optimizing and fine-tuning of the application where necessary. He will
lead and mentor the team members. He will work as part of the team to
meet project targets and quality objectives. He will create a Positive
Team Environment and coordinate work efforts of each team members in a
cohesive fashion. He will interact effectively with users at all
levels.

Job Requirements:

The candidate must have at least 4 years experience in SQL, J2EE
development and technologies relating to internet & E-business.
The candidate must have at least gone through one SDLC performing similar role.
The candidate must have Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or
equivalent work experience.
The candidate must have strong problem solving skills.
The candidate must have the ability to lead and support the development team.
The candidate must be good written and verbal communication skills
with consistent focus on quality.
The candidate must have positive attitude to meet new challenges.
The candidate preferably must be Singaporean or Permanent Resident (SPR)
