Oracle Helpdesk Agent / DBA

Dicetek (Sing) Pte Ltd. is looking for dynamic and committed
individuals who are prepared to join the growing demands of our MNC
client, as a:

1) Oracle Heldesk Agent

Job Description

The candidate will provide level 1-2 support from 10am to 7pm, Singapore time.
The candidate will manage calls, email received up from up to 75
issues relating to all the 7 Oracle R12 modules, or Oracle E- Business
Suites (AP, AR, FA, GL, Cashbook, Purchasing, iprocurement and
inventory)
The candidate will log issues, prioritize issues according to guideline.
The candidate will address to level 1 operational clarification /
training issues.
The candidate will escalate to level II support according to guideline

Job Requirements

The candidate must have at least one year related experience in
support/helpdesk in Oracle ERP modules, AP, AR, FA, GL, Cashbook,
Purchasing, iprocurement and inventory
The candidate must have excellent written and verbal communications skills.
The candidate must be detail-oriented with a quality focus.
The candidate must be self-motivated.
The candidate should be available for the face-to-face interview if shortlisted.


2) Oracle Applications DBA/ Oracle DBA

Job Description

The candidate will maintain, tune, monitor and administer Oracle
applications databases and application tier technology components for
development and production.
The candidate will collaborate with Head Office Apps DBA's and Oracle
Applications Architects to select and plan the deployment of new
technical features
The candidate will be responsible for database capacity planning.
The candidate will be responsible in supporting and implementing of
Oracle Applications production support.

Job Requirements

The candidate must have at least 3 years experience in Oracle Apps
database administration.
The candidate must have strong knowledge in Oracle GL/FA/AP
The candidate must have hands-on experience in cloning, back-ups and patches.
The candidate must have strong knowledge in Unix/Linux processing environment.
Knowledge in Financial Family Product will be an advantage.
Knowledge in Business Objects administration will be an advantage
Knowledge in IBM Websphere administration will be an advantage
Back-up software knowledge in Arc-Serve or Tivoli will be an advantage
The candidate must be a team player with good communications skills
