CMMi Process Improvement Consultant
Professional experience of more than 5 years as a Process Consultant
Expertise in CMMi v1.2 Level 5 process consulting and Experience in
running Organization wide initiatives.
Participate in Process Planning, Definition, Roll-out and Assessment.
Assist Quality Assurance Manager (QAM) in the performing QA activities
across the organisation.
Plan, perform & track tasks assigned by QAM to completion.
Implementation experience up to CMMI Level 3 is essential.
Conducting Process Audit to check the compliance against CMMi practices.
Provide process training / facilitation /presentation to teams and
Good understanding of Metric's; Metrics collection & collation;
creation of capability baselines.
Good knowledge of MS office tools and PM Tools like MPP
Imparting/arranging various trainings related to quality processes
development, Quality Models.
Coordinating the process activities with software project vis-à-vis
Process Audits / Reviews.
Optimization of CMMI Processes by identifying a process improvement
opportunities during the implementation in the projects.
