We have built up a good reputation within our field of trade and we are currently expanding to catch new opportunities for dynamic individuals, as:    1) Solutions Architect (ERP/CRM) Responsibilities: Design viable solution which bridge the gap between business requirements and system configuration Analyze customer's business requirements and objectives to provide a workable solution for the application being implemented. Provide inputs to the technical/development team to customize the application to meet the customer's business needs. Assist in audit on overall solution design Perform configuration works to meet customer required processes   Requirements: Min 5 years of experience in implementing one or more of ERP or CRM applications such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft CRM, Salesforce..com, SalesLogix, etc.   To apply for the Solutions Architect, please send your CV to edryan@diceteksing.com     2) Microsoft CRM Functional Consultant   Responsibilities: ·         Orchestrate requirement-gathering session. ·         Document functional requirement and obtain acceptance from customer without many iterations. ·         Map business processes against Microsoft CRM 4.0 processes. ·         Identify functional gaps between Microsoft CRM and current business process and recommend workarounds or steps to close-up the gaps. ·         Perform quality assurance by verifying the documented functional doc against delivered application. ·         Conduct UAT training, verify and closure of UAT issue. Requirements: At least 2 years of relevant experience is expected.
