Business Analyst (HR)
Coordinate the functional workflow between CTI, PMSP and other parties
Identify and report any non-conformance and potential problems in
functional specification or integration with others systems
Translate the functional specification in system requirement specifications
Prepare the Test plan and validate the system deliveries
Responsible for the functional validation of development
Write unit test cases and business test cases for system validation
Validate the system deliveries
Follow the user acceptance test and established the list of Request
for Change and bug report according to result of tests and request
Participate in the follow up after the deployment of new release
Involve in support of application for functional incident
2nd level support work on request of the business line
Identify and report any recurrent and potential problems to ensure
corrective and/or preventive measures are timely taken.
At least 3 years relevant experience in Microsoft software development
and SQL server query.
At least 2 year experience in analyzing the business needs and
performing a liaison function between the business lines, technical
teams in charge of development and the local IT.
Experience in the Human Resource application/system and PCS business
line is an advantage
Usage of MS Office, MS Sharepoint, MS Project, MS Visio XML, SQL, HTML, UML
Hands on experience in taking responsibility for the functional
testing and validation of development
Experience in customer support of application for functional incident.
