Position Reports to Director HR Minimum overall experience of 8 years in Core HR
Should have exposure to Compensation & Benefits Analysis, Job Evaluation
Conversant with PMS using various methodologies /tools and expertise
on Hay Methodologies for Job Analysis and Evaluation
